I would give zero stars for the outsourced printer ...

... but i would give 3 to Vista Print for trying to resolve the issue. This was a simple re-ordering of an existing order ... boxes in the first shipment cam without application of a background color. Vista Print, though not time, did offer to refund or reprint. I choose reprint. You could imagine my surprise when that also arrived without the application of a background color. Vista Print, again, offered a refund or reprint. I opted for a refund. This entire process took a month. I guess this is what you pay for when you print through budget printers? Side note: I've used MOO many times, and they expedite any misprints that are their fault; it's a shame they don't print product boxes!

I was so happily surprised by the quality of the box I ordered. My only suggestion is to have a box size that better fits a 2oz boston round with a treatment top. The box I ordered will need an insert to make it work, but the price was so good I don't even mind. I'll be ordering a lot more soon!

Product was great - shipping packaging not so much

I bought and designed this box for a prop in my film and it was perfect. The only complaint I have is that the package was shipped to me in a non-protective envelope and it was pouring rain when it was delivered. The item wasn't protected on the inside of the shipping packaging either. If I hadn't been home when it arrived it would have been soaked through. VISTAPRINT - please make sure you are sending your items in waterproof packaging. Thank you.
