I was initially hesitant about trying to design/update our new letterhead. I found, however, that the process was very user-friendly. I did run into one challenge and contacted Vista. The representative via chat and found him or her to be extremely helpful and walked me through the process. I wanted a particular font which I was unable to locate on the platform and again, the rep. assisted me. I was very impressed!

So I placed an order for 2 different letterhead sets (for LA & San Francisco offices) on premium paper. When it first arrived both sets were alternating each other page between premium paper and ordinary paper. They mixed up the paper. Then Vistaprint saw my review and sent me a correct set one type of paper for one city letterhead (LA). But the other letterhead set is still mixed paper (San Francisco). I have one normal set they fixed (LA) and one set of letterhead which is a strange alternation between 2 different types of paper (for our San Francisco letterhead). I'm not sure why it first happened, but then they fixed one order and not the other?.... Maybe you can send the San Francisco letterhead on the 1 premium paper? It would be perfect if the second set is fixed... That's really all I ordered in the first place....??
