Uploaded an image file with a color gradient - that gradient looks...bad. Even the solid color doesn't look great, however.

We are sorry that the gradient for you design was printed poorly. After reviewing the design, we recommend a high resolution file recreated with the gradient more visible. This should give the desired results. Please see email sent outlining the resolution provided.

Poor quality for price

The designer presented the item as high quality in it's review and approve phase. What I got was already scuffed/chipped and not exactly crisp clear printing quality. For $80+ I expected a bit better.
