Shirts not true to size - stitching suspect

The shirts are not true to size - ordered two the same size - one obviously larger than the other. Not sure which one is wrong! Stitching is ok, but quality not great with some slipped stitches in the lettering and puckering when washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. Not sure if I'd buy these again
