Please accept our sincerest apology for what happened with your order. This is not the Vistaprint experience we want you to have. Our embroidery team made the adjustments to your design. They followed the guide when uploading graphics for embroidery: - No small lettering (fonts should be at least 1/4" in height). Text that is too small cannot be properly embroidered - No tiny details or fine lines - Large and clear graphics will render embroidery the best! Though, we truly understand that you are not happy with these adjustments. To make things right, we have refunded the item cost and an email has been sent to confirm this. Rest assured will forward your feedback to the relevant team for review and improvement.
