Bad Approval Process

My design was approved and I placed an order for Kiss-Cut Stickers. Twelve days later I received an email stating that there was a problem and my design was cancelled. There was no explanation for the reason and the email response I sent was never responded to. I ended up calling VistaPrint for assistance, but was told the same thing that the email said. After pushing, the service agent put me on hold to get more information. Ultimately, they were unable to print the stickers for me. As a result the stickers were not printed on time for the event I was going to use them for.
